Effective October 24, 2026. These terms apply to GovBot Structure Inventory at structures.govbot.ai, operated by Ideation Lab, Corp.

Permitted use

Use this read-only service for public-record research and screening-level analysis. No sign-in or purchase is required. Respect rate limits and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Census Bureau guidance for their services. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or submit confidential information.

Source qualifications

The National Structure Inventory is a modeled inventory built from parcel data, building footprints, Census data and other sources; individual records can be wrong in location, occupancy type, size, foundation, population or value, and estimates are more reliable for larger areas. Replacement-cost figures are model-based estimates at the August 2025 price level, not market values, and exclude land. Population figures are most-likely estimates, not counts. Preserve the stated source, dataset version and retrieval time when reusing results.

Limits of the service

The service does not provide property valuations, appraisals, insurance, flood-zone or program eligibility determinations, and contains no ownership or address information. Results are provided as available without a guarantee of completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular decision. GovBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Census Bureau or any government agency. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
